Now on the opposite side of the spectrum, our parents took us to a feast fit for a king. They took us to a wonderful Korean restaurant where they barbecue in front of you. Even as I write this blog, my mouth is salivating as I can hear the sizzling and almost taste the barbecued short ribs. Unfortunately, as much as the waitress were trying to be helpful by cooking the ribs at our table, it somewhat felt rushed. I’ve noticed more and more Korean restaurants help cook the ribs at the table instead of allowing you to cook it yourself. My wife pointed out that they most likely rushing so they can either save the charcoals or reduce the amount of gas being used. This makes sense, but it just rushes us through the meal. Regardless, the meal was absolutely wonderful.
